Board of Directors
We are currently seeking people with a commitment to providing the resources necessary to deliver the organization’s mission and a willingness to share professional expertise, volunteer experience, and personal networks for the advancement of the organization’s goals.

Translators
Detail-oriented person is needed to translate written materials for various publications in our office. Must be able to write and speak in Spanish or Vietnamese

Office Support
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented person to help in the office with various projects.

Event Ambassadors
Motivated and personable individuals are needed to represent School Health Clinics of Santa Clara County in the community. No prior experience is necessary. Ability to speak Spanish or Vietnamese a plus.

Photographer
Creative people are needed to take photos for newsletters and other publications. Schedule is flexible.

All volunteers that work with children are required to be finger printed and have a background check.

Hero of the Month

Eileen Obata Bontempi

Eileen Obata Bontempi has dedicated herself to making sure that children have a chance to grow up healthy and reach their potential. She is a former Chairman of the Board, serves on the Community Outreach Committee and has spent countless hours as our ambassador. Recently Eileen hosted an event for current and prospective donors. As the Gilroy Unified School District Nurse, Eileen Obata understands the importance of quality medical care for low-income children.
